Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Early May! Each order is packed with care to ensure your products arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume seasons, product launches, or promotions, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or other shipping partners. Delivery timeframes vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping time does not include processing time.

Warm Weather Shipping (80°F and above)

To protect products that are sensitive to heat, we offer an optional Dry Ice Pack add-on for Temple Butters and Scrubs shipping to areas with temperatures above 80°F.

Optional Add-On: 1 Ice Pack – $1

While we package carefully, please understand that we are not responsible for melting or texture changes caused by heat exposure during transit. If you have concerns about the weather in your area, we strongly recommend adding the ice pack to your order.

Order Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Early May is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped and tracking is provided, the package is in the hands of the carrier. Early May is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us so we can assist you with next steps.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item(s)

  • photos of the shipping box/packaging

We will review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
